Website Redesign | Social Media Campaign

Legion National Foundation

Overview

I’ve completed several projects for The Legion National Foundation, including a website redesign and a social media campaign.

Website: They required a fresh design and restructuring to better support their initiatives, aiming to clearly showcase their impactful support for Canadian Veterans and their families. They also needed an intuitive Donation section to facilitate easy access to information.

Social Media Campaign: The social media campaign aimed to drive donations leading up to Remembrance Day.

Objectives

  • Website: Implement a modern and user-friendly website design that highlights the Foundation’s mission and impact.
  • Website: Improve navigation to make it easier for visitors to find donation information and learn about Foundation initiatives.
  • Website: Maintain brand integrity while updating the site’s appearance to be contemporary and inviting.
  • Social Media Campaign: Drive engagement and donations through a targeted social media campaign leading up to Remembrance Day.

Approach

Website: Collaborating with my team, we proposed a new site architecture and visual design to modernize their online presence. Emphasizing bright and uplifting photography, we aimed to showcase the Foundation’s positive impact on Canadians. While refreshing the website’s look, we ensured it remained aligned with their established brand identity, enhancing usability and engagement across platforms.

Social Media Campaign: Working closely with the copywriter, we developed numerous organic posts for LNF to use over a three-month period. I created a consistent visual "look" for the posts to maintain brand coherence throughout.
